What we clean
Upholstery, mattresses and carpets —
cleaned properly, priced upfront
Every job is hot steam extraction with a solution pre-treat and full dirt extraction — and stain and odor removal is part of it, not an extra line on the invoice. These are the prices you actually pay.

About us
A Brooklyn crew that does
one thing properly
We clean upholstery, mattresses, carpets and rugs. Not windows, not gutters, not post-construction — just fabric and fibre, which is why we are quick about it and why we can tell you from a photo whether a stain will come out.
Every job is the same method: a solution pre-treat, hot steam extraction, and full dirt extraction that pulls the water back out instead of leaving it in the padding. Stain and odor removal is part of that work, not a line we add at the door. You get one price before we book, and you look at the result with us before we leave.
We work across the five boroughs seven days a week, and we are the same two people each time — you get the crew you booked, not whoever was free that morning.
Straight answers
The questions people
actually ask us
If yours is not here, text it to us. You will get a real answer from the person who would be doing the job, not a chatbot.
Text us your question
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Four to six hours in a normally ventilated room. We extract far more water than a rental machine does, so the fabric is damp, not wet. Open a window or run a fan and you can sit on it the same evening. Thick cushions and humid summer days can push it to eight hours.
Do you remove pet urine and odors?
Yes, and this is where most cheap cleanings fail. Surface shampoo makes the smell disappear for two days and then it comes back, because the urine has soaked into the padding or the foam underneath. We find every spot with a UV lamp, then use an enzyme treatment that breaks the uric acid crystals down at the source. Heavily saturated pads sometimes need to be replaced — we will tell you honestly if cleaning will not be enough.
Can you remove old stains?
Often, but nobody can promise it sight unseen. Wine, coffee, mud and food usually come out even after months. Bleach, hair dye, acne cream and sun fading are permanent damage to the fibre itself, not dirt — no cleaner on earth will fix those. Send a photo and we will tell you which one you are dealing with before you spend money.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, fragrance-free solutions and then rinse them out with the extraction pass, so nothing is left sitting in the fibre for a crawling baby or a dog to find. If anyone in the home has asthma or a fragrance allergy, tell us when booking and we will adjust what we bring.
How long does the cleaning take?
A three-seat sofa takes about 60–90 minutes. A mattress is around 45 minutes. A standard room of carpet takes 45–60 minutes. A full apartment — sofa, mattress, two rooms of carpet — is usually a half day. We give you an arrival window, not a vague "sometime in the afternoon".
Do you move furniture?
We move light pieces — chairs, side tables, ottomans, coffee tables — and we put them back. We do not move beds, wardrobes, pianos, aquariums or anything electronic. If something heavy has to be shifted, please have it done before we arrive so the crew is not standing around.
What areas of NYC do you serve?
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, seven days a week from 9am to 8pm. We also take jobs just over the line in Hudson County and lower Westchester — ask, and we will confirm before booking.
How much does couch cleaning cost?
A two-seat sofa is $120 and a three-seater is $135. L-shaped sectionals run from $150 for three seats up to $210 for five or six, and a U-shaped sectional is $250. Armchairs are $60 and dining chairs $25 each. Those are the real prices, not starting points — the only thing that moves them is unusually delicate fabric or heavy pet damage, and we tell you that from the photo, before you book.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Someone needs to let us in and be there at the end to look at the work with us. If that is a doorman, a super or a roommate, that is fine — just tell us who to expect and leave instructions about parking or the service elevator.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave, and we work on the spot until you are. If something surfaces after we go — a stain wicking back up as the fibre dries, for instance — call within seven days and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. That is not marketing language; it is the whole reason people call us again.

How did we do?
Tap a star. It takes about thirty seconds and it genuinely decides whether the next family in your building finds us.
Thank you — that means a lot.
One tap opens Google with our profile already loaded. Write it in your own words; a couple of honest sentences beats a long one.
- What did we clean for you?
- How did it look afterwards?
- Were we on time, and was the price what we said?
You will need to be signed in to a Google account — the same one you use on your phone.
That is not the job we meant to do.
Tell us what went wrong and it goes straight to the owner, not to a call centre. If it is something we can put right, we come back and re-clean at no charge.
You are of course free to post this publicly too — leave it on Google.
